The license is a perpetual license and is assigned to a device upon activation. After activating on a device it cannot be transferred to another device. If you buy a new device you need a new license. If your device gets damaged and the manufacturer sends a replacement device, you can contact us and send us the manufacturer repair statement, and we will release the license so it can be installed on the replacement device.
